Ultratools DNA Polymerase
Description:
Recombinant DNA Polymerase from Thermus s.p. and cloned in E. coli, which undergoes an additional nonchromatographic method of purification. The ultrapure enzyme is free of unspecific endo- or exonuclease activities.
Highly thermostable and processive enzyme suitable for applications including:
- Amplification of complex secondary structures
- Amplifications involving bacterial DNA sequences homologous to E. coli
- Amplification of PCR products of up to 5 kb
- Colony screening
- Recombinant cDNA construction
- Genotyping

Ultratools DNA Polymerase is supplied with the choice of 10 X Standard Reaction Buffer with 2 mM MgCl2 or a reaction buffer without MgCl2 (10 X Reaction Buffer MgCl2 Free) plus a separate tube of MgCl2 for optimising the magnesium concentration.
