ThermoTools Cloning kit

Description:

The ThermoTools cloning kit has been designed for cloning and expression in both E. coli and Thermus thermophilus.

The applications of the kit include:

• Cloning and expression of thermophilic proteins in host systems
• Thermostabilisation of mesophilic enzymes using T. thermophilus as cell factories
• Selection of termostable mutants in Thermus spp. through the presence of a kan cassette
