September 25^th – Biotools B & M Labs, S.A., has signed an exclusive commercial agreement with Grupo Taper S.A., in Spain and Portugal.

BIOTOOLS B & M LABS, S.A. a Spanish biotechnology company dedicated to molecular biology, has reached a commercial agreement with GRUPO TAPER S.A., company focused on the distribution of research and diagnostic products, equipments and consumables.

Biotools B & M Labs, S.A. was founded in 1996 dedicated to research, development and production of recombinant enzymes and other molecular biology tools, such as the development of new technologies for molecular diagnostics and biomedical research. Biotools offers fast, simple, robust, automatable, cost attractive and comprehensive diagnostic solutions to the customer. These solutions are based on internationally patented proprietary technologies, as well as on enzymes and reagents also owned by the company.

Grupo Taper S.A. has 25 years experience on the distribution of equipment, instruments, reagents and consumables for research laboratories, industry and hospitals. The company has six specialized divisions, and Biotools products will be marketed by the Bioresearch division.

This agreement will allow Biotools to cover more efficiently research and diagnostic market in Spain and Portugal, offering a global service to customers. The new commercial network will provide total coverage to the national territory by offering customers a rapid, customized and appropriate technical support.
