SCRIPTOOLS Quantimix SYG kit with ROX dye
Description:
ScipTools Quantimix SYG kit allows the quantification of any RNA target by real time PCR using the SYBR® green dye. It is a OneStep method for synthesizing cDNA and amplifying DNA in Real Time.
The kit includes two high-performance enzymes, a thermostable reverse transcriptase working at a temperature range of 37 to 77 °C, and a DNA Polymerase with proofreading activity.
Both cDNA synthesis and PCR can be performed sequentially in a single reaction tube due to a single buffer system formulated to ensure succesful RT and amplification of difficult targets such as:
- Secondary RNA structures
- Sequences rich in G+C
The present kit is provided with the passive reference dye ROX to normalize the intensity of the fluorescent signal. For flexible dye use, ROX is provided in a separate tube, allowing the user to choose the best conditions for each assay.

ScripTools Quantimix SYG kit displays a high sensitivity and linearity (R2:0.99), delivering an earlier Ct value across a wider range of RNA targets (from 0.03 to 20 ng). Reaction efficiency: 91%. |

ScripToolsQuantimix SYG kit is provided with an Enzyme mix (thermostable reverse transcriptase and Biotools Pfu DNA Polymerase), RT-PCR SYG Buffer (including dNTP mix and SYBR® green I), 50 mM MgCl2, and ROX dye, in separate tubes.
