Description:

Biotools Quantimix Easy Probes kit allows the nucleic acid amplification by Real Time using hydrolysis and hybridization probes.
The kit has been optimised to deliver maximum amplification efficiency, precision and sensitivity, during nucleic acid amplification. Real Time detection of amplified products is performed by monitoring the increase of fluorescence after each cycle. The fluorescent signal is generated by the use of reporter molecules included into sequence specific probes.

Quantimix Easy Probes kit can be used in a wide variety of Real Time thermocyclers.

Quantimix Easy Probes kit is provided with Quantiprobes mix (Biotools Real Time Polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl₂, and 10 X Quantiprobes Buffer) and a separate tube of 50 mM MgCl₂ for additional optimisation.
