Human Individual Control Gene Primers
Description:
Human Endogenous Control Gene Panel (TATAA Biocenter) provides a rapid and cost efficient way to identify control genes in qPCR assays. The endogenous control genes included in the panel have constant expression and are very useful to compensate for differences between samples due to material losses, differences in RT yields and PCR inhibition.
Genes with varying cellular function and expression level have been selected. Primer sets are valid for their use with most qPCR commercial available master mixes containing SYG® I.
