10 mM dNTP Mix

Description:

The dNTP Mix is designed to facilitate routine laboratory work. Ready-to-use nucleotide solutions can be used for different applications where Nucleotide Triphosphates are necessary for the synthesis of new DNA strands (e.g. DNA amplification, sequencing, nick translation, fill-in, cDNA synthesis, and TdT tailing reactions).

Premixing of deoxyribonucleotides at equimolar concentrations (dATP, dCTP, dGTP, and dTTP) prevents misincorporations which could occur in unbalanced dNTP’s mixed reactions.

The dNTP Mix is supplied as convenient, ready-to-use solutions at a concentration of 10 mM (10 mM of each) in ultrapure water. The nucleotide mix is available in different formats (250 µl, 500 µl, and 1000 µl).
