Use of Products

Biotools Research Reagents are furnished For Laboratory Research Use Only.

Some Biotools Diagnostic Reagents are furnished For In Vitro Diagnostic Use and are expiration dated. We are not responsible for products whose expiration date has passed.

All orders are subject to review and additional information may be requested. We reserve the right to discontinue the offering of any item without notice.

Warranties And Disclaimers

Biotools warrants that its products conform to the specifications in Biotools literature. Should a product fail to conform to its specifications, Biotools may choose to replace it free of charge or refund the purchase price.

This warranty is exclusive and Biotools makes no warranty, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Biotools shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential or contingent damages.

Return

It is our policy not to accept returns unless we are notified of any damages or discrepancies with your delivery within 2 working days of receipt. Please therefore inspect parcels immediately and inform our customer services department who are available to assist you should a problem arise.

We will do our best to fulfill requests to return material. However, in order to maintain the quality of our products and continue to provide competitive prices, certain items may not be returned for credit. These items include: diagnostic reagents, refrigerated or frozen products; reagents and standards which have passed their expiration dates; custom products or special orders; products missing labels, parts or instruction manuals; books, computer software and equipment removed from their original packaging. Returns accepted for items ordered in error may be subject to a processing fee.

Despatch

Spain

Orders are usually dispatched the day after they are received.

There is NO MINIMUM ORDER CHARGE, but in orders less than 100€, 10€ will be charged in concept of shipment (valid only in Spain).

OVERSEAS

Please contact your local Biotools distributor for dispatch.

If there is no Distributor in your country please contact our International Operations Department at international@biotools.eu

International Shipment: Products will be sent in EPS boxes or cardboard boxes, together with coolers or dry ice, in order to ensure the proper storage of the goods. Delays due to customs procedures are not Biotools´ responsibility, and as such, Biotools is not obliged to replace the goods, should they be damaged by result of Customs or Transport delays.
