Description:
The SpeedTools Food DNA Extraction kit guarantees a good recovery of small DNA fragments (<1 kb) from processed or complex food matrices. Genomic DNA is purified from food and feed of animal and plant origin. The kit has been successfully used for the purification of DNA from GMOs and from food or feed of animal origin. The lysis buffer provided with the kit has been tested for the different samples listed in the following table:
