March 4th, 2008 – Biotools launch its new Array International Patent
Biotools has launched in April 2008, its first international patent for Arrays, only one year after being in this area. This patent lies in a new “spotting buffer” to be used in DNA arrays, proteins and tissues.
The main advantages of the “spotting buffer” are the preservation and stabilization of the spoted substances, allowing a long life to the array already impressed. Also, the creation of high quality points concerning to intensity, uniformity and reproducibility which means a high specificity, sensibility and solid results.
