Biotools B&M Labs, S.A. is an European biotechnology company with global presence, created with the mission of combine scientific excellence with the development of quality solutions for our customers in the Life Sciences, Biomedical and Biotechnology Sectors.

Since its foundation in 1996, Biotools B&M Labs has been one of the leading and most successful companies in developing Molecular Biology Reagents, kits for Molecular Diagnosis, and recently has incorporated an innovative line of Microarray Products.

Biotools begun with the development of various own clonation and purification systems for recombinant and thermostable enzymes, as well as DNA extraction and purification kits. Currently Biotools is mainly dedicated to the development of Diagnostic Kits for bacterial, viral and parasites diseases through molecular biology techniques by the application of its own patents and technology, which allow the stabilization of Diagnostic kits through Gelification, amplification and detection of nucleic acids by Real Time PCR using Lionprobes^®.

In 2008, the company has started a new business line, focused on medium and high microarray development for the diagnosis, prognosis, and response to pharmacological treatment in diseases caused by microorganism and metabolic pathologies.
