Description:

MB Agarose resolves DNA and RNA fragments from 0.2 to 22 kb. It presents an ideal melting temperature for routine separation analyses.

Mb Agarose is used for:

• Southern and northern blotting of fragments > 0.2 kb
• Analytical separation of DNA, RNA, and PCR fragments > 0.2 kb
• Recovery of DNA, RNA, and PCR fragments > 0.2 kb
