HR Agarose is specifically designed for high resolution electrophoresis of DNA and RNA fragments. It resolves nucleic acid fragments from 20 to 2000 bp.

HR Agarose is used for:

• Southern and northern blotting of fragments > 20 bp
• Analytical separation of DNA, RNA, and PCR fragments > 20 bp
• Recovery of DNA, RNA, and PCR fragments > 20 bp
