Biotools Native DNA Polymerase
Description:
Biotools Native Tth DNA Polymerase is a thermostable DNA Polymerase from T. thermophilus produced in an homologous thermophilic host system (T. thermophilus). This enzyme is free of mesophilic host DNA which leads to false positive cases in specific analytical systems and it is as active as the commercial enzymes produced in E. coli.
Highly thermostable and processive enzyme suitable for applications including:
- Amplification DNA sequences homologous to those found in E. coli
- Amplification of complex secondary structures
- Amplification of PCR products of up to 5 kb in size
- Colony screening
- Recombinant cDNA construction
- Genotyping
Contents:
Native DNA Polymerase is supplied with Standard Reaction Buffer including 2 mM MgCl2 or Reaction Buffer MgCl2 Free plus a separate tube of MgCl2 for optimising its concentration.
