April 22nd – INGEMM acquires an Array Platform from BIOTOOLS
The INGEMM (Institute of Molecular and Medical Genetics), established as a reference in genetic analysis within the Institute for Health Research of the Hospital Universitario La Paz in Madrid, has acquired a complete Array Platform from the enterprise CapitalBio.
This acquisition was made through the biotech company Biotools B&M Labs, S.A., as representative and distributor in Spain, who also will provide continuous training and advice to INGEMM in the use of the platform and in the microarrays experimental design.
This business means a starting point for a close collaboration between BIOTOOLS and INGEMM for the development of innovative products, such as microarrays for pharmacogenomics and genetic diseases diagnosis applications.
