Biogenics Standard kit
The Biogenics Standard kit has been designed to detect generic GMOs in fresh and processed samples. This kit is based on the detection and amplification of genetic markers present in GMOs (35S promoter and NOS terminator) and not in native plants.
The kit may be used with heterogeneous samples for the generic detection of GMOs.

The Biogenics Standard kit is supplied with:
- 35S Master mix: Amplification reagents for the detection of the 35S promoter gene
- NOS Master mix: Amplification reagents for the detection of the NOS terminator gene
- Soya Master mix: Amplification reagents for the detection of the lectingene, present both in native and GMO soya
- Maize Master mix: Amplification reagents for the detection of the invertasegene
- Plant Master mix: Amplification reagents for the detection of the chloroplast rbcL gene
- MgCl2
- Biotools DNA Polymerase
- Soya Amplification control: amplified DNA product containing a sequence of the lectingene
- Maize Amplification control: amplified DNA product containing a sequence of the invertasegene
- Plant Amplification control: amplified DNA product containing a sequence of the rbcLgene
- GMO Amplification control: amplified DNA products containing sequences from the 35S promoter and the NOS terminator genes
