Biogenics Bt-11^TM Maize ID kit

Description:

The Biogenics Bt-11^TM Maize ID kit has been designed to detect Bt-11^TM Maize, in fresh and processed samples. The kit is based on the detection and identification of a genetic marker of Bt-11^TM Maize (the pat gene from Streptomyces viridochromogenes). This kit also detects generic GMOs and generic maize through the amplification of the 35S promoter gene and the invertase gene, respectively.
