Biofood QL Pork ID kit
Description:
The Biofood QL Pork ID kit identifies the presence of Sus scrofa material in food samples by qPCR. The method is based on the detection of the cytochrome b gene from Sus scrofa in fresh and highly processed samples. The amplified product is detected by the fluorescence of SYBR® green and it is confirmed by dissociation curve analysis.
The Biofood QL Pork ID kit is available in different formats adapted to specific real time thermocyclers: Applied, Biorad iCycler, Corbett, Light Cycler, and Smart Cycler.

The Biofood QL Pork ID kit is supplied with:
- Master mix: Includes all amplification reagents for the detection of the cytocrome b gene from Sus scrofa
- MgCl2
- Biotools DNA Polymerase
- Pork Amplification Control: amplified Sus scrofa DNA
