Biofood QL Beef ID kit
Description:
The Biofood QL Beef ID kit identifies the presence of Bos taurus material in food samples by qPCR. The method is based on the detection of the cytochrome b gene from Bos taurus in fresh and highly processed samples. The amplified product is detected by the fluorescence of SYBR® green and it is confirmed by dissociation curve analysis.
The Biofood QL Beef ID kit is available in different formats adapted to specific real time thermocyclers: Applied, Biorad iCycler, Corbett, Light Cycler, and Smart Cycler.

- Master mix: Includes all amplification reagents for the detection of the cytocrome b gene from Bos taurus
- MgCl2
- Biotools DNA Polymerase
- Beef Amplification Control: amplified Bos taurus DNA
