AGFOOD KITS

The growing social concern about food safety and quality, and the need to determine the amount of specific components in food items, have resulted in tighter controls, new legislation and the set up of regulatory bodies in several countries which are trying to enforce the implementation of safer and more reliable tests.

In order to cope with these increasing regulatory demands, a variety of tests have been developed to facilitate accurate food controls. All the Real Time Amplification methods allow a quantitative measurement and they will be the technology of choice in case the conditions for standardised controls are given.
